Minimum Coaching Agreement: 100 hours (approximately one year), $150,000.
I work with most clients from one to three years. I have several clients I have worked
with for over five years and one client I have worked with since 1993.

All coaching is done face to face in Phoenix (Mesa) Arizona. Coaching is one on one
or one on two (couples).

I work with those whose word is more powerful than any contract or document.

All compensation is paid prior to the first coaching session and is non-refundable.
If you choose to quit for any reason, all compensation will go directly to Healthcor International or to a charity of Steve Hardison’s choice.

My coaching is not for the faint of heart.

I love the experience of being with another person in the space of created trust, commitment, and vision. I am constantly amazed at what gets generated when two or three people sit together, speak, and listen from a space of safety and candor. There is nothing quite like creation. I love what I do and I love whom I do it with.

It has been my great privilege to personally coach a wide variety of extraordinary human beings. I have worked with individuals as young as 15 and as old as 84. I work with individuals or couples. I’ve worked with CEOs of multi-billion dollar corporations and
of not-for-profit corporations. I work with billionaires, actors, actresses, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, luxury home builders, ministers, pilots, talk-show hosts, attorneys, and creative and resourceful college students.
